What implementation models are currently available?

  1. Your EHR, or other technology vendor, can integrate the Continuum software directly into their service platform. Once integrated, the vendor is authorized as a third-party distributor to sell end-user subscriptions. Please ask your EHR vendor to contact our Continuum team to discuss integration options.
  2. A dedicated single Continuum system can be developed to meet your unique needs. This dedicated system provides users with access to the Continuum software and a technology environment that includes data aggregation capabilities. Further configurations can be integrated into the system to meet additional clinical and reporting requirements. Please contact the Continuum team to learn more.
  3. A lite front-end system of Continuum is available for providers who do not use an EHR in practice. This streamlined option provides users with access to the Continuum software and a front-end system to store assessment data. What model is best for me?

Integration Timeline Integration of a new third-party distributor averages 12 weeks to complete. No further integration is needed for authorized distributors. Key Benefits Continuum integrates directly into your existing technological infrastructure and workflow. Has the ability to pull back detailed outputs and diagnostic information into specific data fields within an EHR for prior authorization, utilization review and more. Data elements can be made available with synchronized data programs. Does not require an existing EHR to use the Continuum software and provides users with a front-end system experience. Data Aggregation Data is collected within each EHR system. State or system-level data would need to be aggregated externally from Continuum. Data can be aggregated at a state or system-level, allowing states or provider systems to collect their data and build reporting solutions along with it. Only Continuum assessment data is collected within a provider system.
Other Considerations May require additional technical scoping considerations, such as clinical or state reporting requirements. Assessment reports must be pulled back from the system into an EHR. There is an added annual management fee of $180.

Once again this summer, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (Fri, May 30 to Fri, Aug. 29) you may shift up to four work hours into the early part of the week to get a jump start on the weekends and close your virtual office up to four hours early on Fridays. We encourage you to coordinate with your manager and your teams to take advantage of the summer schedule. We know you’re all responsible professionals, always focused on the needs of our clients and the business. We trust you’ll consider the potential for urgent matters that may arise and ensure we remain available and responsive to clients, be flexible in managing appropriate rotations when coverage is necessary and properly notify your clients and team members when you will be away. So don’t be afraid to take us up on this offer and head out early when you can.

Just a couple of things to remember as you record your time:

  • If your vacation or other time off plans include a Friday, the Flexible Friday benefit will not apply during that stretch of time (you will need to enter a full day of ProLeave for each day you are out, including the Friday). In other words, you must enter working time in the days immediately prior to the Friday to use the flex benefit.
  • When entering time, your pay period total hours will not necessarily align with the pay period required minimum hours (it could be fewer or more depending on the calendar days in the period). Don’t worry about that. Just make certain you are working and recording at least 40 hours per week.
